Specifications

  • Floor to ceiling heights in main apartment rooms will be 2.92mm. Bulkheads will be provided along perimeter walls as shown on plans.
  • Installation of first fix electrical, life safety, mechanical and plumbing services in accordance with the plans.
  • Installation of ventilation and heating/cooling systems.
  • Plaster/ ames tape finishing to internal walls and ceilings.
  • Commissioning of all mechanical, electrical, life safety and plumbing systems will be undertaken.
  • All apartments will be cabled for satellite TV, DSL and Elcell broadband equipment.
